This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle damaged items, incorrect orders, change-of-mind returns, and refunds.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • A photo of the packaging, if applicable

Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If your item is not defective but you would still like to return it, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition it was received

  • Sealed, when applicable for hygiene or safety reasons

For hygiene and safety reasons, some baby products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, washed, or removed from sealed packaging, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Because some products are fulfilled through international partners, return shipping costs may vary depending on the item and destination.

We recommend contacting us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Refund Options for Change-of-Mind Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we may issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any additional delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

In some cases, instead of returning the item, we may offer a partial refund as a faster resolution. If available, this option will be explained by our support team.

Items Sent Back Without Approval

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
